- Challenge costs across R&D and manufacturing to optimize expenses
- Assist purchasing in negotiating better conditions with Tier 2 suppliers
- Transfer cost data to sales and support customer price discussions
- Define cost improvement targets alongside purchasing and R&D
- Conduct continuous cost analyses, benchmarks, and tear-down activities
- Collaborate with business areas to implement commodity group strategies
