Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
- RICS membership or equivalent
- Cost engineering experience in Hightech & Manufacturing, Life Science, or Oil & Gas sector
- Team cost controlling experience on large scale projects preferred
- Balancing and organizing multiple projects or assignments
- Strong communication skills
- French and English language skills
Tasks
- Set up and control cost reports
- Maintain consistent reporting across projects
- Analyze and integrate cost estimates and forecasts
- Support cost estimating process
- Document and communicate changes to the business
- Oversee timely invoice processing
- Review cost impacts of changes
- Incorporate approved changes into project budget
- Ensure project cost report accuracy
- Develop monthly project cost reports
- Monitor and maintain cost reports
- Handle ad hoc data requests
- Perform data analysis
- Prepare presentation materials
- Assist other Cost Controllers as needed
