- Strong understanding of business strategy, corporate performance, stakeholder communications
- Excellent editorial judgement and ability to identify key stories
- Experience with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience in climate, sustainability, energy, technology, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
- Exceptional writer and editor
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organized, managing multiple high-priority projects
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and accuracy
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Shape Climeworks' corporate narrative and strategic messaging
- Ensure consistent and compelling communication across channels
- Lead development of Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and quarterly investor reports
- Develop messaging for strategic priorities, market developments, and company milestones
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams
- Translate complex information into clear and credible communications
- Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder review processes
- Support VP Communications & Branding in executive communications
- Draft speeches, op-eds, articles, and LinkedIn content
- Evolve Climeworks' positioning and messaging framework
- Gather inputs from various units and senior leadership teams
- Ensure high-quality content in all reporting outputs
