Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years PQE in law firm or in-house
  • •Experience with African jurisdictions or global environments advantageous
  • •Excellent knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • •Good communication skills and proactive stakeholder feedback
  • •Excellent organizational skill
  • •Team player with collaborative and collegiate approach
  • •Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • •Ability to work quickly under pressure
  • •Ability to work in local and global teams
  • •English or common-law qualification preferred
  • •Degree in Law
  • •Fluent English and French; German or Spanish advantageous

Education

Vocational certification

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support corporate governance across 27 EMEA jurisdictions
  • •Provide legal administrative support to regional teams
  • •Review regulatory, IP, and commercial agreements
  • •Handle compliance and KYC documentation requests
  • •Liaise with notaries, translators, and couriers
  • •Draft and review legal documentation and resolutions
  • •Coordinate execution and legalization of urgent documents
  • •Manage digital and physical legal archives
  • •Collaborate with external liquidators, auditors, and secretaries
  • •Monitor and report on external legal costs
  • •Conduct legal research for senior leadership
  • •Maintain reference materials and virtual data rooms
