  • Ursachen für Budgetabweichungen untersuchen
  • Den weltweiten Berichtskalender mit dem Konsolidierungsteam definieren
  • Arbeitsabläufe zur Einhaltung von Berichtsterminen planen
  • Eng mit lokalen Finanzteams und Fachabteilungen kooperieren
  • Prozesse und interne Kontrollen kontinuierlich verbessern
  • Interco-Reinigungsprozesse implementieren und begleiten
