  • Check in weekly with CFO on cash situation
  • Monitor company revenues and expenses
  • Analyze income from partnerships, grants, and student payments
  • Prepare the annual budget
  • Administer the annual budget

  • Communicate financial blockers
  • Ensure efficient company processes
  • Ensure transparent company processes
