Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Produktion, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • •Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Lean Management / Operational Excellence, idealerweise in einem logistischen oder industriellen Umfeld
  • •Tiefes Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung mit Lean-Prinzipien, insbesondere: 7S / Workplace Organization, PDCA / KVP, Kaizen / Gemba, Visual Management / Shopfloor Management, 5 Why / Ishikawa, Kanban / Standard Work
  • •Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und im Coaching von Teams und Führungskräften
  • •Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und optional Jira
  • •Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Lean Management oder Six Sigma von Vorteil
  • •Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken kombiniert mit Pragmatismus und Umsetzungsstärke
  • •Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Freude an Veränderung
  • •Empathisches, teamorientiertes und interdisziplinäres Arbeiten
  • •Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands

Tasks

  • •Lean Management Standards implementieren und weiterentwickeln
  • •Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei Lean-Methoden coachen
  • •Lean-Workshops an den Standorten moderieren und durchführen
  • •Standorte bei Lean-Maturity-Scans unterstützen
  • •Individuelle Standort-Roadmaps ableiten und umsetzen
  • •Standortbesuche und Gemba Walks durchführen
  • •Verschwendung und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren
  • •Lean-Trainingsmaterialien und Schulungskonzepte entwickeln
  • •Lean-Netzwerk innerhalb der Standorte betreuen
  • •Lean-Entwicklung anhand von Kennzahlen dokumentieren
  • •Regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management durchführen
