Requirements

• •Undergraduate degree and 1+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or financial product management
• •Relevant client or internal stakeholder management experience
• •Logical and structured thinking with affinity for numerical analysis
• •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Effective communication skills in English and German
• •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas as required
• •Ability to identify problems, brainstorm, analyze answers, and implement solutions
• •Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
• •Relevant industry expertise

Tasks

• •Provide creative input on diverse projects
• •Develop strategies and programs for clients using data and technology
• •Collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand client needs and risks
• •Build relationships with client analysts and managers
• •Work with senior consultants to identify key findings and prepare presentations
• •Independently analyze issues and synthesize findings
• •Lead internal and client meetings while contributing to project management
