Tasks
- Perform financial due diligence for company sales or acquisitions
- Identify risks and items for purchase price consideration
- Provide input for share and asset purchase agreements
- Apply state-of-the-art analytics tools
- Drive the application of digital solutions within TCF
- Prepare transaction documents like information memorandums, teasers, and management presentations
- Prepare potential buyer and target lists
- Support outreach to interested parties
- Populate virtual data rooms
- Support the Q&A process during due diligence
- Support transaction negotiation phases
- Assist with signing and closing preparations
- Perform company and corporate valuations using market multiples and DCF
- Conduct industry and comparable company research
- Analyze business models of target companies
- Analyze cost of capital for target companies
- Perform company and asset valuations according to international standards
- Prepare detailed reports on due diligence findings, valuations, and assumptions
- Create financial models
- Analyze and visualize large datasets
- Support client strategic and operative decision-making
- Evaluate intangible assets for purchase price allocation (IFRS 3)
- Prepare and review impairment tests (IAS 36)
- Perform complex securities valuations (IFRS 2)
- Support EY Audit Teams on impairment test projects
- Support EY Audit Teams on cost of capital computations
