Description

In this role, you will take charge of delivering high-quality global congresses, managing everything from logistics to vendor relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement for successful event execution.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Congress Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• •Several years of expertise in global congress management and tactical execution within pharmaceutical industry or agency setting
• •Exceptional project management skills
• •Strong financial stewardship and expertise in healthcare compliance rules
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks

• •Serve as the operational lead for global congresses
• •Manage project timelines and documentation
• •Ensure core team alignment
• •Oversee the lifecycle of medium-to-low priority events
• •Coordinate logistics for event delivery
• •Manage agency and vendor relationships
• •Ensure partners meet timelines, scope, and budget
• •Support budget input and management
• •Track purchase orders
• •Draft internal communication plans and newsletters
• •Maintain tools such as slides and gSites
• •Act as the Onsite Delivery Point of Contact for events
• •Manage execution and crisis escalation
• •Lead internal retrospectives and external agency debriefs
• •Monitor and enhance deliverables
• •Ensure compliance with healthcare rules and regulations
• •Manage sponsorship benefits and deadlines
