- Proficiency in standard office tools and modern digital tools
- Analytical mindset, ability to assess quantitative and regulatory information
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident engagement with stakeholders
- Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, ownership
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of Swiss and European regulatory framework is an asset
- High standards of integrity, discretion, professionalism, organization, flexibility, reliability
- Residence in Switzerland
Tasks
- Review and sign off financial promotion materials
- Conduct ad-hoc thematic reviews and control activities
- Provide proactive support to Marketing and Communication teams
- Participate in regulatory watch activities
- Analyze evolving Swiss and European regulatory expectations
- Prepare clear, structured, and metrics-driven reports
- Provide oversight for activities across Group entities
- Ensure consistent application of standards across jurisdictions
- Act as central point of contact for financial promotion matters
- Escalate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to drafting and maintaining internal policies
- Enhance internal procedures and guidance
- Design and deliver e-learning modules
- Conduct live training sessions
- Participate in transversal projects related to conduct risk
- Lead projects on investor protection and governance
