Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Environmental Science, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management
- •Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks
- •Basic SAP R/3 knowledge
- •Excellent communication and project management skills
- •Experience with risk management departments and environmental health and safety
- •Fluency in English and German, additional European languages are a plus

- •Monitor and interpret European regulations on product safety and compliance
- •Provide guidance on packaging, labeling, and environmental compliance
- •Collaborate with the global compliance team to meet product compliance requirements
- •Ensure supply chain compliance with laws and standards
- •Develop and maintain compliance documentation with Quality and Engineering
- •Embed compliance in product development and sourcing with R&D and procurement
- •Support compliance audits per European legislation
- •Lead internal training on compliance topics
- •Assist in incident management and corrective actions for non-compliance
- •Address product compliance requests from customers
- •Liaise with external regulatory bodies and industry associations with the legal team
