- •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science or similar
- •3-7 years of financial services compliance experience
- •Knowledge of the Swiss legal framework
- •Excellent command of English and French
- •Analytical and methodological approach
- •Structured and professional working style
- •Interest and experience in data analysis
- •Excellent writing and communication skills
- •Strong team player in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment

Bachelor's degree

Tasks
- •Conduct reviews of key clients from an AML/CTF standpoint
- •Perform enhanced due diligence analyses
- •Draft formal compliance assessments
- •Provide support and advice to the front office and management
- •Assist the Manager in daily team support
- •Answer questions and conduct second-level reviews of team members’ assessments
- •Serve as a trusted role model for work quality and professional behavior
- •Act as the key point of contact for complex cases
- •Optimize internal processes and draft internal guidelines
