Advising on compliance frameworks and risk assessments for complex international disputes. Legally trained with 5+ years compliance experience, FINSA/LSFin knowledge essential. Direct involvement in critical international dispute cases.
Requirements
- Lawyer or legally trained person with relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance (bank, law firm, financial institution)
- Strong track record in AML, onboarding/KYC, transaction monitoring
- Experience with insider trading, market manipulation, sanctions
- Solid understanding of FINSA/LSFin, suitability & appropriateness
- Excellent drafting skills (French, English); good German skills preferred
- Ability to produce precise, structured written compliance documents/reports
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational skills
- Teamwork skills, ability to handle complex, high-pressure cases

- Conduct sanctions compliance assessments
- Perform internal sanctions reviews
- Provide ongoing sanctions advisory support
- Advise on market abuse compliance issues
- Advise on insider trading controls
- Advise on conflicts of interest
- Advise on governance frameworks
- Draft and review compliance policies
- Draft and review compliance procedures
- Draft and review codes of conduct
- Draft and review risk documentation
