- Prepare bid documentation
- Perform bid calculations
- Coordinate bid approvals
- Collaborate with international product management
- Handle new product launches
- Manage product changes
- Phase out products
- Plan product catalog changes
- Coordinate internal product catalog updates
- Communicate product catalog changes to customers
- Conduct on-site customer checkpoints
- Communicate with customers and partners
- Interact with internal departments
- Prepare rollout projects
- Set up upgrade projects
- Manage rollout and upgrade projects
- Set up customer orders
- Book customer orders
- Track customer orders
- Collaborate with international sales support
- Support standard order process
- Maintain product catalogs
- Update system pricing in customer web shops
- Support invoice tracking
- Create purchase orders
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Analyze projects
- Evaluate orders
- Maintain master data
- Update product IDs
- Manage customer numbers
- Handle data allocations
