Requirements

  • •Commercial and operational experience in General Cargo, Break Bulk, Oversized and Heavy Lift shipments
  • •Completed studies or apprenticeship in logistics or trade and economics
  • •Experience in pricing and tender management
  • •Motivation to work in an international company
  • •Ability to prioritize, plan, and control tasks
  • •Enthusiasm for fast-paced and changing environments
  • •Team player personality and strong hands-on mentality
  • •Very good command of German and English

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Process project and general cargo inquiries
  • •Handle tender requests, including ITB, RFI, and RFQ
  • •Plan tenders and develop strategies with sales and project teams
  • •Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
  • •Support sales and project teams during bid presentations and negotiations
  • •Prepare RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services based on project specifications
  • •Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors
  • •Assist in subcontractor management across divisions
  • •Review contract terms and conditions and manage administrative tasks
  • •Identify and assess risks affecting project participants
  • •Propose measures to mitigate identified risks
  • •Negotiate with subcontractors to optimize the buying process
  • •Support other branches in planning and implementing tenders and inquiries
