- •Essential experience in entertainment, streaming, esports, or gaming industries
- •BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- •Proven experience as a senior commercial director or similar role
- •Excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact with decision-makers
- •Proven track record in high-value sales, marketing, and managing key client relationships
- •Experience in leading and motivating a commercial team
- •In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- •Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- •Adaptability, Passion, Team Player, Perseverance, and Highly Effective
- •Commercial awareness with a strategic approach
- •Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- •Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- •Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus
