- Proven experience as a senior commercial director or similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact with decision-makers
- Proven track record in high-value sales, marketing, and managing key client relationships
- Experience in leading and motivating a commercial team
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Tasks
