Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, or strategic marketing
- Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Tasks
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive dynamics
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for commercial effectiveness
- Support annual budget and strategic planning, monthly forecasting
- Drive sales force effectiveness through territory alignment, incentive schemes, CRM optimization, and pipeline management
- Deliver sales analytics and actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention
- Support pricing strategy development and margin optimization
- Monitor pricing compliance and discount structures
- Conduct profitability analyses by customer, channel, and product category
- Translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership teams
- Monitor dental industry trends, develop automated reporting and business intelligence tools
- Partner with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting
- Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
