Requirements

  • •Mechanical training plus 1-2 years practical experience or higher school education without formal training but several years of experience and additional training courses
  • •Experience with CNC machines (short and/or long turning)
  • •Fluent German skills
  • •Clean and independent working style

Work Experience

1 - 2 years

Tasks

  • •Provide tools, control devices, and fixtures as per instructions
  • •Set up, operate, and monitor CNC short and/or long machining centers
  • •Perform tool changes and corrections, and troubleshoot issues
  • •Clean machines and carry out basic maintenance tasks
  • •Assist in creating and optimizing simple NC and CNC programs for projects
  • •Process work orders according to quality assurance guidelines and documentation
  • •Conduct self-inspections, first-piece inspections, and counter-checks
  • •Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly according to GDP
  • •Execute tasks following supervisor instructions
  • •Report deviations from standard times
  • •Know and adhere to guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics, compliance programs, and other relevant regulations
