- Fähigkeit zur Vermittlung technischer Konzepte und Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit SRE-Konzepten (SLI/SLO, Error Budgets)
- Security- oder Compliance-Know-how im Observability-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Aufbau standardisierter Plattform-Services
- Kubernetes-Know-how aus Betreiber- oder Plattform-Perspektive
