Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Initial experience or strong interest in Cloud Engineering, preferably with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Azure services, Kubernetes/AKS, databases
- Eagerness to learn cloud platform building and operation
- Awareness of security, data protection, and compliance concepts (e.g. PII / GDPR) is a plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Tasks
- Design cloud-based platforms on Microsoft Azure
- Migrate and operate cloud environments
- Modernize MF Group’s infrastructure
- Improve platform reliability
- Enable scalable, secure cloud environments
- Drive Azure cloud solution adoption
- Optimize Azure cloud solutions
- Operate Azure cloud solutions
- Support application migrations to Azure
- Support database migrations to Azure
- Assist with containerized workload design
- Deploy containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service
- Operate containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code
- Monitor cloud platforms for performance
- Optimize cloud platforms for scalability
- Ensure cloud platform reliability
- Support observability initiatives
- Maintain platform stability
- Maintain predictable platform operations
- Contribute to infrastructure standards
- Develop best practices
- Create technical documentation
Education
- Bachelor's degree
