Clinical Specialist - Strategic Partnerships(m/w/x)
Delivering clinical training on patient assessment and injection techniques for aesthetic products at a global aesthetics company. Clinical degree, aesthetics industry experience, and DACH language proficiency essential. Extensive travel across the DACH region.
Requirements
- University degree in clinically based subject (medicine, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy, or other patient-facing clinical roles)
- Experience in sales or clinical specialist role (pharmaceutical/medical device industry), ideally aesthetics
- Experience in facilitation, training, coaching (event management, workshops, training solutions)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
- Proficiency in relevant DACH languages (fluent business English, German essential; French beneficial)
- High organizational skills, adaptability, local requirements knowledge
- Metrics-driven mindset, CRM activity tracking experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel (local, national, international, up to 75%, occasional weekends)
Tasks
- Guide patient and facial assessment.
- Cover related anatomy and aging topics.
- Implement injection techniques from curriculum.
- Assess general educational needs.
- Fill knowledge and skills gaps.
- Support implementation of AMI theory into practice.
- Determine individualized facilitation pathways.
- Facilitate learning using approved AMI and local materials.
- Emphasize standardized patient assessment methodologies.
- Emphasize standardized treatment planning methodologies.
- Support standardized injection procedures.
- Organize AMI educational events.
- Execute AMI educational events.
- Identify educational needs for clinic chains.
- Develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice.
- Deliver bespoke educational journeys for clinic chains.
- Maintain high service levels.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with HCPs.
- Record all activity in VEEVA CRM.
- Deliver customized fast-track training programs.
- Deliver expert training on Hylacross and Vycross products.
- Support beginner and intermediate HCPs.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers.
- Develop training strategies.
- Implement training strategies.
- Maintain adaptability and organization.
- Guide HCP educational curricula using AMI Digital World.
- Improve clinical knowledge of AA products.
- Participate in industry conferences.
- Assist in preparing key projects.
- Assist in developing key materials.
- Act as First Assist during live technical workshops.
