Requirements
- MD degree with initial pharma/biotech industry experience or advanced degree in health/life science with several years of industry experience
- Oncology experience is a plus
- Outstanding drug development expertise with knowledge of various diseases and therapeutic areas
- In-depth knowledge of GCP/ICH, FDA, EMA, and relevant regulatory guidelines
- High energy, self-motivation, and proactivity with solution-oriented approach
- Outcome-focused, independently defining and delivering high-impact results
- Strong collaboration skills, encouraging open discussion and valuing diverse perspectives
- Fluent English
- Command of a second major European language, especially German, is an asset
Tasks
- Lead scientific efforts for global oncology programs
- Ensure scientific integrity of clinical trials from concept to report
- Drive data-driven decision-making with patient focus and urgency
- Develop and write protocols and related documents independently
- Teach others in protocol development and writing
- Assist in IND and NDA submission processes
- Implement advanced clinical trial design and data generation methods
- Provide expert input for clinical study reports
- Support regulatory submissions with clinical expertise
- Serve as key contact for clinical issues and GCP compliance
- Mentor and onboard junior colleagues
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration
- Co-lead Early Clinical Team (ECT) as needed
Work Experience

- Master's degree
