- •Master or Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- •Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Research Associate
- •Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP
- •Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Ability to manage multiple sites and projects
- •Expertise in monitoring practices and data integrity
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English
- •Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- •Willingness to travel 60% and valid driver’s license
