Requirements

  • •Master or Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
  • •Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Research Associate
  • •Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • •Ability to manage multiple sites and projects
  • •Expertise in monitoring practices and data integrity
  • •Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • •Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • •Willingness to travel 60% and valid driver’s license

Education

  • •Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and GCP standards

  • •Maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
  • •Ensure data integrity and participant safety
