Requirements

• •University degree in a relevant field
• •3-5 years of experience in clinical education, training, or event management
• •Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and event management tools
• •Strong data management and analytical skills
• •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Experience with training management and content development
• •Experience developing and reviewing clinical content
• •Customer-oriented mindset with experience in customer-facing roles
• •Proven track record of initiative-taking in educational program development
• •Demonstrated ownership and proactive stakeholder communication
• •Native-level English; excellent communication skills
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• •Certifications in education, project management, or digital learning are an advantage

• •Collaborate with market subsidiaries to localize learning journeys
• •Continuously assess and refine clinical education activities
• •Track and analyze participation and engagement data
• •Generate reports and dashboards to measure course impact
• •Collaborate with marketing and sales to nurture leads
• •Develop and maintain standardized frameworks and best practices
• •Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
