Requirements

• •Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, or comparable qualification
• •Experience in Neuroscience or similar therapeutic areas
• •Fluent oral and written English
• •Experience in clinical research or drug development
• •Advanced knowledge of assigned therapeutic area
• •Ability to establish strong scientific partnerships
• •Knowledge of GCP and clinical trial methodology
• •People management experience
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• •Skills in Budget and Risk Management

Tasks

• •Lead global clinical development deliverables
• •Develop clinical sections of trial protocols
• •Create clinical development strategies
• •Draft regulatory documents and submission dossiers
• •Review and interpret clinical trial data
• •Collaborate with data and statistics teams
• •Prepare for inspections and quality audits
• •Author scientific abstracts and manuscripts
• •Monitor molecule safety data and signals
• •Support interactions with external stakeholders
• •Manage and mentor clinical program staff
• •Provide medical and scientific training
• •Drive transition of pre-proof-of-concept projects
• •Lead process improvement and SOP initiatives
