Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Initial experience in Clinical Data Management or related field
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems
- Solid understanding of clinical data management principles
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data processing
- Programming skills in Python (asset)
- Good understanding of data structures
- Basic IT concepts understanding (programming, data stores, data transfer, cloud, AI)
- Fluency in English (minimum C1)
- Fluency in French (minimum C1)
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured way of working
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Proactive mindset
- Willingness to learn in dynamic environment
- Ownership of clinical data workflows
- Delivery of high-quality, analysis-ready datasets
- Proactive data monitoring

Tasks
- Own and improve clinical data workflows
- Ensure accurate data capture and processing
- Maintain data across systems from EDC setup to reporting
- Connect clinical sites, internal teams, and data systems
- Design and implement clinical databases in EDC systems
- Prepare and structure clinical datasets for analysis
- Perform ongoing data monitoring and cleaning
- Support generation of study reports and visualizations
- Monitor clinical study progress and data milestones
- Act as point of contact for clinical sites on data
- Conduct regular visits to clinical centers in Switzerland
- Train and support site staff on study procedures
- Train and support site staff on device use

- Bachelor's degree
