Requirements
- In-depth understanding of financial services industry, ideally private markets, asset/fund management, investment banking, or strategy consulting
- Undergraduate university degree
- Native German language skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- 1-2 years' experience in (institutional) sales, investor relations, private banking, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Confidence and comfort in communicating across all levels
- Ability to take full ownership and responsibility
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to drive different processes simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong desire to learn and succeed

Tasks
- Prepare for client meetings and due diligence sessions
- Compile convincing marketing presentations
- Compile bespoke investment proposals
- Coordinate internal teams for client preparations
- Create tailored, persuasive client responses
- Assist clients with queries and performance updates
- Act as first contact for product and mandate clients
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams
- Coordinate veto processes for investment decisions
- Provide convincing, well-justified RFP inputs
- Support client onboarding processes
- Liaise with internal and external onboarding parties
- Assist with new business development and strategic planning projects
- Support product development and marketing initiatives
- Develop expertise in private markets and Partners Group's offerings
- Master separately managed accounts and investment strategies
