Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of financial services industry (private wealth, private markets, asset/fund management, investment banking/strategy consulting) with focus on European markets
  • Undergraduate University Degree
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • German language skills (strong plus)
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, investor relations, private banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking
  • Comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders
  • Strong ownership and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously

Tasks

  • Support front marketers and mandate specialists in client meetings
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations and investment proposals
  • Coordinate internal teams for client due diligence sessions
  • Create tailored responses to client requests and queries
  • Provide performance updates to clients
  • Act as first point of contact for product and mandate clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams and specialists
  • Manage internal approval processes
  • Contribute to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Support client onboarding by liaising with stakeholders
  • Assist in new business development projects
  • Contribute to strategic planning and product development
  • Support marketing initiatives
  • Develop expertise in private markets and Partners Group’s platform
  • Understand investment strategies across asset classes
