Client Solutions Professional, Private Wealth(m/w/x)
Preparing investment proposals and client presentations for global institutional investors. 1-2 years of financial services experience in sales or investor relations required. Performance bonuses and daily lunch allowance.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of financial services industry (private wealth, private markets, asset/fund management, investment banking/strategy consulting) with focus on European markets
- Undergraduate University Degree
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- German language skills (strong plus)
- 1-2 years experience in sales, investor relations, private banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders
- Strong ownership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills

Tasks
- Support front marketers and mandate specialists in client meetings
- Prepare high-quality marketing presentations and investment proposals
- Coordinate internal teams for client due diligence sessions
- Create tailored responses to client requests and queries
- Provide performance updates to clients
- Act as first point of contact for product and mandate clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and specialists
- Manage internal approval processes
- Contribute to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Support client onboarding by liaising with stakeholders
- Assist in new business development projects
- Contribute to strategic planning and product development
- Support marketing initiatives
- Develop expertise in private markets and Partners Group’s platform
- Understand investment strategies across asset classes
