  • Proven track record managing and growing client portfolio

  • Manage a large portfolio of clients
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Analyze client needs to optimize experience
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maximize account potential and business value
  • Engage proactively with at-risk clients
  • Monitor key metrics to prevent churn
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide feedback to improve offerings
