- 2+ years client success, account management, or similar customer-facing role experience
- Proven track record managing and growing client portfolio
- Confident use of CRM tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with hospitality sense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to build meaningful, value-driven relationships
- Fluency in German and English
- Non-smoker
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport
Tasks
- Manage a large portfolio of clients
- Drive client satisfaction and retention
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Analyze client needs to optimize experience
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maximize account potential and business value
- Engage proactively with at-risk clients
- Monitor key metrics to prevent churn
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide feedback to improve offerings
