Requirements

  • 7+ years KYC/AML experience in private banking/wealth management
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss/international regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience handling complex client structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Work in fast-paced, hybrid environment
  • Fluency in English
  • French and/or German fluency is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business, or related field
  • CAMS or similar certification preferred

Tasks

  • Manage daily CLM team operations
  • Set performance targets and KPI metrics
  • Coach team on complex regulatory requirements
  • Dynamically allocate workloads to prevent bottlenecks
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development
  • Serve as KYC/AML expert for Private Wealth Management
  • Lead and review onboarding processes for all risk levels
  • Conduct periodic and event-driven KYC reviews
  • Review legal and corporate documentation for compliance
  • Ensure compliance for complex structures
  • Interpret and apply internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Advise Front Office, Compliance, and Operations on KYC
  • Drive process enhancements and strategic KYC initiatives
  • Contribute to system improvements
  • Liaise with global counterparts for alignment
  • Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases
  • Support preparation for internal and regulatory audits
