- Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture service throughout the sales process
- Achieve CRM targets through active engagement
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns using clienteling tools
- Capture client data and qualitative information
- Manage your portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs
- Achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets
- Discover client needs and guide them across brand categories
- Curate looks based on fashion and seasonal trends
- Develop strong product and fit knowledge
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise
- Stay informed about new arrivals, trends, and events
- Assist with sales and after-sales activities
- Maintain product presentation and replenish the sales floor
- Utilize warehouse stock knowledge to restock shelves and maximize sales
- Partner with the team for seamless store operations and presentation
- Liaise with the Visual team on display guidelines
- Verify and report relevant information to store management
Education
- High school diploma
