- Stay informed about new arrivals and special store events
- Assist with sales and after-sales activities including repairs
- Handle boutique returns, end-of-season tasks, and complaints
- Maintain products and replenish inventory on the sales floor
- Monitor warehouse stock levels to maximize sales opportunities
- Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold high store presentation and display standards
- Liaise with the visual team to follow display guidelines
- Report relevant operational information to store management
