Tasks

  • Ensure end-to-end technical coherence and compliance
  • Identify and engage Centres of Competence and Enablers
  • Collect and understand customer and program requirements
  • Derive Concept of Operations and Product Breakdown Structure
  • Establish links between PBS, FBS, WBS, and CBS
  • Allocate contract requirements and technical details
  • Define and evaluate technical trade-offs
  • Ensure product safety, security, and reliability
  • Conduct Technical Reviews throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage product accreditation and certification
  • Tailor processes, methods, and tools with Quality project management
  • Align workload planning with CoC capabilities
  • Drive cost management for non-quality issues
  • Manage changes with impact analysis and decisions
  • Mitigate risks and manage risk impact
