- •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry
- •Master’s degree in chemistry or comparable
- •Experience drafting reports and presentations
- •Experience with organic synthesis and optimization
- •Experience with HPLC, GC and analytics
- •Diligent and independent working style
- •Teamwork skills and multidisciplinary engagement
- •Business fluent English and B-level German
- •Excellent computer skills

Tasks
- •Plan, execute, and document small development projects
- •Represent the department in cross-functional project groups
- •Synthesize and characterize small organic molecules
- •Scale synthesis from laboratory to pilot levels
- •Report unexpected experimental observations to leadership
- •Perform and document laboratory equipment qualifications
- •Maintain quality systems and synthetic protocol records
- •Adhere to health and environmental safety requirements
- •Organize equipment maintenance and procure consumables
- •Act as a subject matter expert for inspections
- •Create and revise laboratory test procedures
- •Support production for existing and new products
