Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in distribution or channel sales
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and exceeding targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and forecast sales trends
- Prepared for regular travel within Germany
- Strong self-motivation, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, proactive and strategic mindset
- German C2 proficiency and English C1 proficiency
