Tasks

  • Achieve bookings quota and KPIs for assigned Partner Accounts
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive Partner business
  • Develop and execute joint Partner business plans aligned with Sophos goals
  • Serve as first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate between Partners and Sophos
  • Articulate Sophos’ value proposition to maintain and expand business with Partners
  • Support channel planning process with dedicated Channel Account Executives
  • Secure and develop Partner Opportunities with Customer Account Teams
  • Maintain regular meetings with Partners and End-Customer Account Teams for pipeline management
  • Implement Sophos sales methodologies in daily business calls with partners
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to Regional Partners to increase Sophos share
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and support to Partners
  • Establish support mechanisms to make Sophos the preferred vendor
  • Drive high renewal rates through Partner customers and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with the MSP team to develop business opportunities
  • Train and coach Partners on Sophos systems and tools
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Sophos products and services
  • Participate in internal education and training programs
  • Adhere to CRM and business systems standards, ensuring accurate activity logging
  • Respond quickly to requests and queries in personal and team mailboxes
  • Analyze Partner performance using key metrics
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to Management
  • Attend partner sites and Sophos events to generate business opportunities
  • Substitute for colleagues in the sales team during absences

Education
