Tasks

- Manage global hardware distribution and inventory processes
- Maintain accurate and reliable component databases
- Support homologation, qualification, and certification activities
- Oversee workshop operations and fixture manufacturing
- Manage component rework and test setup modifications
- Coordinate part ordering and delivery schedules with Purchasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects
- Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis
- Implement continuous improvement and operational standards
- Monitor KPIs like delivery timing and inventory accuracy
- Execute recruitment, coaching, and performance management tasks
Education
- Bachelor's degree
