- •Clear and confident communication skills
- •Automotive manufacturing or development experience
- •Demonstrated people leadership experience

- •Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the team
- •Set priorities and allocate resources for stable performance
- •Manage global hardware distribution and inventory processes
- •Maintain accurate and reliable component databases
- •Support homologation, qualification, and certification activities
- •Oversee workshop operations and fixture manufacturing
- •Manage component rework and test setup modifications
- •Coordinate part ordering and delivery schedules with Purchasing
- •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects
- •Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis
- •Implement continuous improvement and operational standards
- •Monitor KPIs like delivery timing and inventory accuracy
- •Execute recruitment, coaching, and performance management tasks
