- •Manage an integrated portfolio of risks and benefits
- •Challenge and consolidate business initiative priorities
- •Maintain benefits and impact measurement frameworks
- •Produce regular reporting for the CFO Management Team
- •Build relationships with the Transformation Office and IT
- •Collaborate on the Change-the-Bank budgeting process
- •Monitor spending and escalate financial deviations
- •Manage external staff for change initiatives centrally
- •Act as Secretary to the CFO Change Alignment Board
- •Ensure governance discipline and decision readiness
