Description

As a Regional IT Delivery Manager for Central Europe, you will lead a team of IT specialists, ensuring the delivery of effective IT solutions while managing vendor relationships and aligning services with business needs. This role involves consulting with stakeholders, overseeing service performance, and driving satisfaction across the organization.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• •15+ years of experience in Information Systems
• •5+ years prior experience in IT
• •2+ years prior experience in IT management role
• •Fluent English communication skills
• •Good local language skills of the major country of responsibility
• •2 years of experience in project management of complex global projects
• •Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping
• •Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management
• •Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios and cross-functional problem solving
• •Advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies
• •End-to-end business processes knowledge
• •Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment

Tasks

• •Build and provide specific IT solutions and services
• •Consult with regional and site business unit leads on IT topics
• •Manage local business relationships for IT service performance
• •Aggregate demand for new and improved IT services
• •Ensure overall business satisfaction with IT services
• •Deliver IT infrastructure and applications to the site
• •Manage ticketing and escalation processes
• •Lead a multi-country team of IT specialists
• •Manage vendor relationships for service delivery
• •Ensure adherence to service delivery processes and procedures
• •Interface with business stakeholders on IT-related topics
• •Support global IT projects and Hub implementation
• •Develop and manage an organizational entity for IT service delivery
• •Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery and cybersecurity management
• •Prioritize tasks to manage global, regional, and local requirements
• •Ensure compliance with local laws and IT controls
• •Guide and develop team members in line with HR policies
