Tasks
- Establish and maintain CEERJ Commercial PMO framework
- Provide oversight of commercial transformation initiatives
- Consolidate priorities, milestones, risks, and interdependencies
- Enable clarity on sequencing, focus, and resource allocation
- Drive follow-up on actions, decisions, and commitments
- Coordinate organizational readiness for Tryngolza
- Design structured readiness framework
- Address ways of working, processes, governance, and organizational setup
- Ensure capability and skill readiness
- Align readiness activities with Launch Excellence and CEERJ functions
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional dependencies
- Identify and mitigate organizational gaps and risks
- Track and communicate readiness progress
- Support CEERJ Commercial Excellence & Strategy Execution Director
- Focus agenda, prioritize, and follow up on strategic priorities
- Prepare updates, dashboards, and decision-ready materials
- Translate complex inputs into clear implications and actions
- Ensure shared understanding and alignment with sub-functions
- Surface and resolve misalignments and tensions
- Facilitate balanced trade-offs and pragmatic compromises
- Foster collaborative, trust-based working environment
- Support sub-functions during capacity or capability gaps
- Provide hands-on analytical, project, or coordination support
- Adapt scope and focus to CEERJ priorities
- Use data-driven insights to identify patterns and risks
- Support prioritization, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Convert insights into practical recommendations
