Requirements
- Cabin Crew or Cabin Host experience in business aviation
- Experience with large cabin/ultra-long-range operations
- Previous experience with Falcon 7X/8X (asset)
- Strong knowledge of high-end catering, wine, hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English; French knowledge (asset)
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environment
- Flexibility for worldwide international flights, irregular schedules
- Availability on weekends and holidays
- Valid unrestricted EU passport
- Crew resource management (CRM) skills
- Team cooperation skills
- Clear criminal record
- Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, security assessment
- Reside within 2-hour travel radius of Geneva or willing to relocate
- Residency within 2-hour travel radius of Geneva for operational availability
Tasks
- Deliver bespoke in-flight service to aircraft owner and VIP passengers
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Order and prepare gourmet catering and beverages
- Serve gourmet catering and beverages to high hospitality standards
- Manage cabin setup for day and night flights
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation
- Host passengers with personalization, discretion, and professionalism
- Support flight crew in daily operations
- Maintain crew resource management and team cooperation
- Liaise with ground operations team
- Keep accurate records of cabin inventory and catering
- Maintain accurate trip documentation
- Represent company values and image
- Perform other duties as assigned
