Tasks

  • Manage procurement activities for factories in Germany and Switzerland
  • Align strategic initiatives with Global, Regional, and Cluster directions
  • Optimize financial planning and cost optimization
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with local stakeholders
  • Implement procurement action plans aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage and optimize the supplier base
  • Conduct Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Negotiate value-driven contracts for optimal cost, quality, and service
  • Achieve savings targets and procurement KPIs
  • Collaborate with project leads from start to finish
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Mitigate supply risks proactively
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
  • Utilize digital sourcing tools

Work Experience

  • 3 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
