Tasks
- Support front office staff on client suitability matters
- Serve as central point of contact for tool and process topics
- Prepare monthly control result reports for market and group
- Assess control results from 2LoD, identify patterns, discuss findings
- Define and drive suitability training and awareness initiatives
- Establish and maintain best practice guides
- Lead change management for process and tool changes
- Support onboarding of new front office employees and managers
- Lead Suitability Champion sessions and bi-monthly group heads exchanges
- Perform recurring suitability control tasks
- Conduct ACE sessions
- Act as liaison to GPS and compliance control units
- Represent region in global suitability projects
- Exchange best practices with other regions
