  • Identify and capture new BI demands
  • Translate business requirements into data flow architectures
  • Run BI training sessions
  • Empower the organization through training
  • Manage application lifecycle support
  • Resolve service requests
  • Use ticketing systems proactively
  • Follow PPS process guidelines
  • Support internal and regulatory transparency
