- Lead strategic initiatives and projects
- Collaborate across teams and functions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Support projects, performance reviews, and scorecards
- Handle ad hoc requests
- Create and maintain KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Address reports to line management
- Ensure follow-ups on defined actions
- Prepare presentations, concepts, and white papers
- Communicate relevant information to front employees
- Monitor and follow up on agreed actions

- Bachelor's degree
