- •Ensure quick response times to inquiries
- •Identify target companies and key contacts
- •Build outreach lists for potential clients
- •Implement multi-channel outreach sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- •Conduct structured initial conversations to clarify processes and system landscapes
- •Assess needs, timing, urgency, and stakeholders
- •Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
- •Utilize HubSpot for tracking and managing leads
- •Maintain source and status documentation
- •Document activities and next steps clearly
- •Provide seamless handoff to the sales team
- •Enhance messaging and approach based on data analysis
- •Deliver market and competitive feedback to sales, marketing, and partner teams
