Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales or related field
- Experience in Sales related to technical products or IT services is a strong bonus
- Academic degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Technical degree (e.g., physics, mathematics, computer science)
- Foundational understanding of machine learning
- Detailed ML knowledge is a plus
- Hands-on person with responsibility for sales channels
- Thrives on autonomy and impact
- High-quality expectations
- High motivation to deliver excellent results
- Lives in Berlin or plans to move
- Willingness to come to the office at least 2x per week
- German communication at native or similar level
- Fluent English communication with colleagues and team
Tasks
- Define sales strategy
- Execute daily sales activities
- Shape company's future direction
- Manage key sales channels
- Secure new partnerships and contracts
- Act as strategic advisor to clients
- Understand client challenges
- Propose tailored AI/ML solutions
- Own full sales cycle
- Identify promising industry sectors
- Build new markets from scratch
- Propose new sales ideas
- Develop sales processes
- Increase brand visibility
- Influence buying behavior
- Integrate ML Scientists into sales
- Translate technical achievements into proposals
- Create persuasive solution proposals
- Implement sales measures
