- •Shape the expansion of the Minimally Invasive Surgery business area
- •Develop and implement sales and marketing activities with local teams
- •Implement product- and indication-related sales expertise in the region
- •Provide professional instruction in Minimally Invasive Surgery
- •Support local business plans and advise on strategic issues
- •Prepare market, potential, and customer analyses
- •Identify and collaborate with international key opinion leaders
- •Conduct OR support, training events, roadshows, and workshops
- •Plan and conduct customer visits in the markets
- •Collaborate on global product launches with central project teams
- •Support operational implementation in the markets
- •Organize international congresses and support local trade fairs
- •Act as a liaison between central and local organizational units
