Requirements
- Scientific degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- At least 3 years of customer interaction experience
- Initial exposure to Business Development (ideal)
- Minimum 5 years of Microbiology experience
- SME level expertise (ideal)
- Solid knowledge of GMP regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in common IT applications
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Tasks
- Identify new market opportunities in Switzerland
- Build strong customer relationships
- Position the company as a preferred GMP-compliant partner
- Acquire new customers through proactive outreach
- Generate leads at industry events
- Drive sales growth and close strategic deals
- Implement strategies to accelerate market penetration
- Plan and execute revenue-focused sales activities
- Manage accounts and identify upselling opportunities
- Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and databases
